Some performance tips! I know everyone has their own style, but many poi spinners are guilty of number 7 (myself included) :P
this can apply to a lot of different props, especially her tips on planes, moving around, and keeping your facial expression nice and pleasant. I tend to get really scowly at times, gotta get better at that.
